Victor Billheimer, MS, AT, CSCS 

Billheimer HSVic Billheimer earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University in physical education with an emphasis in athletic training. He went on to complete graduate studies at Marshall University in exercise science with an emphasis in exercise physiology. Vic is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He began with Premier Health in 2006. For Vic, who enjoys working out, hiking, running, and target practice, the human body fascinated him and called him to the profession. “How the human body works is very interesting," he said. "It is the ability to get an individual back to their activity that is rewarding.”

Mike Barrow, MD - Medical Director

Barrow HSDr. Mike Barrow is a sports medicine physician at Samaritan North Family Physicians. He is a graduate of Indiana University School of Medicine and is board certified in Family Practice and Sports Medicine.

Dr. Barrow received the Public Health Award from the American Academy of Family Physicians and served as an attending physician for the Sports Medicine Clinic, United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Dr. Barrow serves as the Assistant Team Physician for the University of Dayton Women’s basketball team. He is the team physician for the Northmont City Schools in Dayton. Dr. Barrow received the High School Team Physician of the Year Award from the Ohio Athletic Trainers Association in 2004.

James Klosterman, MD - Orthopedic Consultant

Klosterman HSDr. James Klosterman is the Director of Sports Surgery for The Sports Medicine Center at Good Samaritan Hospital. He practices at Montgomery Orthopedic Surgeons, Inc. and specializes in sports-related injuries, shoulder reconstruction, complex knee reconstruction, and minimally invasive knee replacement surgery.

Dr. Klosterman is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is a leader in anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction in the Dayton area and has a special interest in ACL injury prevention.
