The Telling Secrets of Her Heart
Heart disease is killing women.
What's your risk?
For 78 years, the people of Good Samaritan Hospital have devoted themselves to the good health of this community we all call home. You may have noticed over the years that our definition of community health takes us to places far from our home on Philadelphia Avenue. Into neighborhood revitalization. Into our schools. Into our civic organizations.
That’s why I felt it was so important to step up to co-chair this year’s United Way campaign for the Greater Dayton area. We know that it takes everyone on our team working together to deliver the best possible care to our patients. In the same way, our community thrives only when we all come together and support its pressing needs. In that spirit of collaboration, I am pleased to team with my colleague and co-chair Roy Chew of Kettering Medical Center in this important work.
The United Way focuses on critical community needs, addressing their causes and funding the services that help resolve them. We invite you to join us in supporting this year’s campaign to Reinvent Hope, Reinvent Community and Reinvent Reality for everyone who needs us in the Greater Dayton area.
