- 2 cups canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp fresh lemon peel
- 1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
- 6 packets sweetener
Mix together the pumpkin, honey, cinnamon, & lemon peel in a bowl. Fold the mixture into the ricotta cheese. Place in the refrigerator & let chill for 1 hour. Serve.
