Alice Riancho, Community Programs Coordinator

Alice Riancho has worked with GSH in various positions since 1980. She has served as Samaritan Well-Being Center Community Programs Coordinator since 1997. As coordinator, she oversees the scheduling of classes, instructors, speakers, and facilities at Samaritan Well-Being Center. She also coordinates event details for community lectures and medical lectures. Alice also oversees the education center at GSNHC.

Alice has helped to build a strong volunteer community at GSNHC and continues as its liaison for volunteers.

Jody Thacker, Manager, GSNHC Administration

Since early 2008, Jody Thacker has served as Administration Manager for GSNHC, where she is responsible for the planning, development, and overall operations of GSNHC Support Services with approximately 25 employees from facilities, campus police, information associates and the Samaritan Well-Being Center.

Her responsibilities include annual goal-setting for each department and budgeting. As Administration Manager, she is also responsible for all levels of communication associated with the successful operation of assigned areas, including management, customer service, budgeting, and project management for the facility. Jody also manages rapid changes to facilitate growth and provide the vision for a positive work environment, quality assurance, customer and employee satisfaction, and financial stewardship.

Jody has served Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) in Dayton in a variety of roles in administration and management since 1989. Prior to her work at GSH, she was a medical office assistant.

Jody earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Warren National University in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and her Associate Degree in Medical Office Assistance from Miami Jacobs College in Dayton.
