Kim Sadlier, MS, CNS-BC, RNC
Kim Sadlier has served as the Clinical Nurse Specialist for Geriatrics at Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) since 2003. She also facilitates both the fall and restraint reduction programs. Kim implements the components of care for older adults throughout the organization and is a seasoned speaker at symposiums and seminars both at the hospital and throughout the community on topics related to older adults. [delete line break] In addition to these responsibilities, Kim also coordinates the Samaritan Senior Connection program.
Prior to joining GSH, Kim worked as the Visiting Nurse Instructor—First Year Students at Clark Sate Community College in Springfield, Ohio. She also held various roles in her 27 years at Community Hospital in Springfield, including Home Care/Hospice, Pulmonary Intensive Care, and Cardiology.
Kim received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University in Columbus in 1996 and her Master of Science in Nursing with certification as a Medical-Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist from Wright State University in Dayton in 2003.
