Surgery Center Team

The Samaritan North Surgery Center has more than 40 clinical caregivers and seven business office personnel. There are approximately 100 physicians on staff, including 30 physician-investors, plus an additional 40 physicians who perform surgery regularly at the Surgery Center. Many are certified in their specialties, with an average of 15 to 20 years of experience.

Low turnover rates and high experience levels translate into a stable, consistently staffed network that can anticipate the needs of both patients and doctors. The Surgery Center’s highly skilled business staff is approachable and adept at the art of problem solving, exhibiting a loyalty and commitment that goes beyond the mere collection of a paycheck. In satisfaction surveys, patients consistently rate the staff—particularly the nurses—as extremely caring, friendly, and warm.
