If you have questions about your bill, would like more information about financial assistance programs, or have other concerns about billing or insurance, the Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) Patient Financial Services staff is available to assist you.

For your convenience, you can reach the Patient Financial Services office:

  • In person: The GSH cashier’s office is located on the first floor, near the main entrance to your left. Office staff may be reached by dialing (937) 734-1342 or (937) 734-1345, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
