Diversity Leadership

Diversity Leadership Starts at the Top

At Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH), diversity initiatives are supported by the investment of organizational resources, both human and financial. Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that is aligned with the organization’s diversity goal is a key objective for the hospital’s leadership team—and one for which they are held accountable. We believe that beyond the words we say, it is what we do that tells you what is important to us.

Meet Premier Health’s Diversity Director

“Premier has a positive, action-oriented attitude toward promoting diversity. My goals are to foster a more inclusive, effective, and dynamic work environment by expanding on the foundation already in place.”
—Lisa Smith
