Administrative Fellowship Program
The Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) Administrative Fellowship Program prepares individuals for mid-level management positions in health care. The two-year fellowship program includes rotations through major departments in the hospital while also accommodating participants’ special interests. One Fellowship is awarded every other year.
Fellowships give employees experience in financial management, process engineering, human resources administration, facility planning, and strategic planning. They also expose participants to the organization’s decision-making process through meetings of the hospital board, medical staff, senior management, and influential external community groups.
