Our diagnostics and imaging centers are accredited by The Joint Commission, the College of American Pathologists, and the American College of Radiology (ACR). We’re also certified by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Our laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists and The Joint Commission.
Nationally-Recognized Breast Centers
The Miami Valley Hospital Breast Center and Miami Valley Hospital North Breast Center each have been named an ACR Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, having achieved ACR accreditation in areas beyond the mandatory mammography accreditation. This includes stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound, and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy. They’re also certified participants in the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers.
