Our staff assigns each patient a treatment team that manages the patient’s clinical care daily. A psychiatrist directs each team, which also includes nurses, social workers, therapists and other professionals. The team approach ensures that each individual will have a specialized treatment plan to address self-reliance and quality of life.
Physicians- Our experienced physicians provide care in relation to psychotherapy, movement disorders, treatment-resistant disorders and psychiatric co-morbid disorders in the medically fragile population.
Nurses- Our specially trained nurses assist the physician with patient care. They advocate for special populations—including HIV and renal failure clients—who have co-occurring psychiatric conditions. Our nursing staff also provides robust consultation case management services that expedite transfers to residential facilities. Nurses coordinate discharge planning with the multidisciplinary team.
Social workers- Our social workers determine the patient’s social needs, provide family therapy, group therapy and individual therapy when appropriate. They also assist with discharge planning.
